Returns Policy

We offer easy and free 14 day returns on our eBikes.  We want you to be as in love with your Roadster as we are – and the only way to know that is by riding. 

We accept returns for any reason – including a simple change of mind.  To return your Roadster:

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery/pickup.  
• No visible wear/tear – the Roadster must still be in a near new, saleable condition
• Less than 50km on the odometer
• Return it in the original packaging with all documentation.  

If the Return meets those requirements, we will refund you the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Please take good care of your bike during your first 14 days (and keep your packaging) as we are unable to issue full refunds for damaged bikes.
